Yes, we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and popular time slots. However, we do our best to accommodate walk-in clients when possible.
What should I wear to my spa treatment?
Wear comfortable clothing. For massages and body treatments, we provide robes, slippers, and private changing areas. Our therapists are trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in any amount that can be applied toward any service or product. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or just to show someone you care.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a charge. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
